Supported Chains
Tangerine supports two deposit paths for Hyperliquid:
USDC only. Sending any other token to these addresses will result in permanent, unrecoverable loss.
Depositing via Arbitrum
This is the most common deposit path if you hold USDC on Arbitrum.
- Open the Deposit panel in Tangerine
- Select Hyperliquid as the platform
- Select Arbitrum as the source chain
- Enter the amount to deposit (minimum $5 USDC)
- Approve the USDC spend (if not already approved)
- Confirm the deposit transaction
Tangerine submits the transaction to the Hyperliquid bridge contract on Arbitrum. Funds arrive in your Hyperliquid account within ~1 minute.

Depositing via HyperEVM
If you already have USDC on HyperEVM, you can deposit in ~2 seconds with no bridge wait.
- Open the Deposit panel
- Select Hyperliquid as the platform
- Select HyperEVM as the source chain
- Enter the amount and confirm

After Depositing
Once your deposit confirms, the Tangerine UI will reflect your Hyperliquid USDC balance. If it’s your first deposit, the onboarding wizard will advance to the Setup step automatically.
If your balance doesn’t appear after 2 minutes, refresh the page. Balances are fetched from the Hyperliquid API and occasionally have a short sync delay.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are initiated directly from the Tangerine portfolio panel or from Hyperliquid’s native interface. Tangerine does not hold your funds — the withdrawal goes directly from your Hyperliquid account to your chosen destination address.
